Digital Manager (FMCG/Surrey based)


A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer to join a global FMCG brand based in Surrey. This is a brand new opportunity and will working closely with the marketing team, brand managers and external agencies to lead on strategy for a number of key products.

The Role

  • Work closely with the marketing teams, brand managers and agencies to define digital plans for each key brand
  • Build the digital brand strategy in-line with the global brand strategy
  • Define the strategy for the main brands and prepare the presentations and ideas for key meetings
  • Investigate, assess and recommend the best external partners to develop and implement these strategies
  • Implement and assess the agreed strategies with the relevant partners and stakeholders
  • Define, amend and Improve the action plan based on analytics and findings
  • Market intelligence of best practices in the FMCG space
  • Share the best practices in digital within the group and be the go to person for digital ideas and plans
  • Train / inform the marketing team on digital best practice
  • Built and manage the financial budget dedicated to the digital plans Essential Experience to be Considered
  • 4+ years of digital experience in FMCG
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and how to grow brands and maximise sales
  • Ability to work with wider teams and manage key stakeholders and agencies
  • Results driven and motivated
  • A true digital lover who constantly keeps up to date with the latest digital trends
